Mar 2020 — PresentSpearheaded the end-to-end ingestion and integration of payer data files for numerous value-based care contracts of an extensive variety of different data formats within enterprise-level Population Health Management platforms—enabling robust capabilities in risk adjustment, care gap closure, quality measure reporting, cost containment, and provider performance analytics across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial populations.
EHR Migration & Interoperability Suite
2025 — PresentThis project involved leading the end-to-end technical migration of patient data from a legacy Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to a custom-built, in-house platform. The initiative focused on architecting secure data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) complex clinical records while maintaining absolute data fidelity and HIPAA compliance. By developing custom parsers and validation scripts, the migration ensured the seamless transition of longitudinal patient histories, clinical encounters, and demographic data. This project not only eliminated dependency on costly legacy infrastructure but also optimized data accessibility and reporting capabilities, directly supporting enhanced provider workflows and improved patient care delivery.
